Young Leader Award is a partnership effort of Cartier and its global entrepreneur community RED CLUB x Cartier to recognize, support, and scale timely and socially impactful businesses

YOUNG LEADER AWARD 2023 Theme: Bettering Lives – entrepreneurial endeavors that provide more accessible, inclusive, and effective Healthcare solutions for under-represented communities

FOLLOWING YOUNG LEADER AWARD 2022’S THEME OF “BUILDING BRIDGES”, OUR YLA 2023 EDITION CALLS FOR “BETTERING LIVES”: HEALTH IS BOTH AN ESSENTIAL AND A LUXURY - IN THE CURRENT GLOBAL DYNAMICS, ACCESS TO HEALTH REMAINS UNSATISFIED AND RECENTLY THE RIGHT TO HEALTH HAS ALSO BEEN CHALLENGED. THERE ARE A PLETHORA OF ENTREPRENEURS WHO ASPIRE TO CHALLENGE THE STATUSQUO OF THE CURRENT HEALTHCARE SYSTEM GLOBALLY, AND IT IS BOTH A RESPONSIBILITY AND A PRIVILEGE TO SUPPORT AND MAGNIFY THESE EFFORTS FOR THE WELL-BEING OF ALL HUMANKIND.

The top four applicants to the 2023 Young Leader Award will be announced in April 2023, and the final award recipient will be revealed during the Young Leader Award Ceremony in New York in June 2023.

The winner will take home 50’000€ in grant, while the 3 remaining runners will each receive 10’000€.

The 2023 Young Leader Award recipient will also benefit from international exposure, media visibility as well as a tailor-made mentorship programme provided by the Young Leader Award academic partners, Georgetown University and Howard University, and ad-hoc coaching and mentoring sessions by RED CLUB x Cartier networks.

RED CLUB x Cartier: Audacity for Changes

About RED CLUB: RED CLUB is a partnership between Cartier and its global entrepreneur community to recognize, support, and scale timely and socially impactful businesses through its annual Young Leader Award.

Launched in Spring 2019, RED CLUB x Cartier has welcomed global entrepreneurs across all industries ranging from fintech, consumer, healthcare, real estate, finance, and more.

Our mission

Over the past three years, Cartier has leveraged this unique program to recognize the creativity of these entrepreneurs, and to support them throughout their journey to success and positive impact. Often do entrepreneurs encounter obstacles and challenges such as limited access to resources, networks and communities, or business expertise and mentorship.

These hurdles may undermine promising projects and limit personal development. Since the establishment of the community, Cartier has strived to encourage entrepreneurs joining RED CLUB x Cartier to share their innovative ways to success.
